Policies when booking an activity
It is important that you read, sign and send in the attached participation conditions document that you will receive in your inbox. To book, you must be 18 years of age or have parental approval to participate in the activity. It is important that you understand our height and safety rules. When booking, a spot needs to be booked for each person who is to climb according to the height category they belong to. No right of withdrawal is applied when booking an activity when you book your activity close to the selected day (2 days before). Children under the age of 12 must climb together with an adult over the age of 18. The maximum allowed weight is 120 kg.
Cancellation
For groups with 10 participants or more, cancellation of the entire activity or individual places must be made no later than 15 days before the booked activity. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card. Places that are canceled later than 15 days before the activity will not be refunded. For bookings of 1-9 people, the entire activity or individual spots can be canceled no later than 7 days before the reserved activity. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card. Spots that are canceled later than 7 days before the activity are not refunded. These cancellation rules also apply if you only have to change the number and cancel, say, 2 places.
Rebooking
For groups with 10 participants or more, rebooking to another date or time must be made no later than 7 days before booked activity. For bookings of 1-9 people, rebooking to another date or time can be made up to no later than 3 days before, e.g. due to the weather forecast or other personal reasons.
If you or someone in your group becomes ill
At this time we have free rebooking to another date if you or someone in the party shows any symptoms such as runny nose, cough or fever, and should stay at home so as not to risk spreading the infection. For groups with 10 participants or more, you get a free ticket for the person or persons who can not participate in the activity, which can be used at a later time. For bookings of 1-9 people, you can rebook the whole group to another occasion, or get a free ticket for the person(s) who can not participate in the activity that can be used at a later time. If you feel the least sick, please stay at home and call us as soon as possible and we will help you with your reservation.
Terms for purchasing a gift card
You can cancel a gift card purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the gift card. However, right of withdrawal presupposes that the gift card has not been used in full or in part. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via email to info@hafsten.se and receive a written confirmation.
Storage of personal data
When you make a reservation or purchase at Hafsten Resort, you also agree that we are responsible for personal data, register and process the information you provide in connection with the booking to the extent necessary for us to carry out the activity and give you a high standard of customer service. You can contact us at any time via info@hafsten.se if you want to know more or retrieve the information we have stored. We only use the information within Hafsten Resort and the information is not passed on to third parties, unless we are required by law to disclose the information.
