Cirucuit Training

We invite you to a pulse-raising circuit training session with our yoga instructors. Circuit training is a combination of training of strength, agility and stability. An effective workout for the whole body using your own body weight.

During the summer, we will be visited by talented yoga instructors who will hold a unique way of training. For two days a week, we invite you to a pulse-raising circuit training outdoors where you can participate completely free of charge. The whole family and people of all ages are welcome.
