Frequently asked questions

This is a collection of our most common questions we receive. If you have a question, please check here first to get a quick answer. But you are of course always welcome to contact us to get answers to any other questions you might have.

As our guest, you are always welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. We have several cottages for those with pets, scenic hiking and walking trails, and a dog-friendly grass beach. If you want to stay in one of our pet-friendly cottages, there is an additional fee of 90 kr. Please mention this request at the time of booking.

All checked-in guests receive a personalized code in the check-in email that you can use to open the boom barrier. Only one car is allowed per cottage or camping pitch. If you have more than one car, you can park them at our designated parking lots. The same procedure applies to exits. The code only works for one car. The entrance boom barrier closes at 22.30 every day, and the exit boom barrier is open 24 hours a day.

Guests to our camping pitches check-in at 14.00 and check-out at 12.00. Guests to our cottages check-in at 15.00 and check-out at 11.00. If you arrive later than 18.00, please notify the reception.

All camping and cottage guests must register for check-out upon departure. Cottage guests who have cleaned and prepared for departure, report this to the reception or to housekeeping. Telephone numbers can be found on the cleaning list. Please wait for a cleaning check at the cottage. Once the cleaning is approved, you will receive a signature on the cleaning list which you can leave together with the keys at the reception. If you find that something is missing from the cottage that is on the equipment list when you arrive, please report this to the reception.

All cottages are equipped with a TV, running water, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hotplates and coffee maker, WC, toilet paper, shower and soap. Crockery, pots and pans, frying pan, cutlery, spatula, electric whisk, can opener etc. are also available in all cottages. All cottages have a balcony with outdoor furniture.

Pillows and duvets are available in all cottages. The addon Linens incl. towels which includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and hand towel can be ordered for 120 kr per set. These are available to you at the reception on arrival. On departure, these are returned to the reception.

Cleaning is only included in Hotellstugan and Skärgårdsstugan. In other cottages, cleaning is not included. 950 kr per cottage and 1900 kr for Strandvillan. Cleaning is ordered at the time of booking or at the latest on arrival.

Entrance parking lot
This car park is approximately 300 meters from the reception, by the reserve campsite. During 10.00 – 20.00 the fee is 10 kr per hour. All other hours, parking is free.

Central parking lot
Applies to all parking spaces on the campsite, outside the reception and at the exit driveway.
At 10.00 – 16.00: 18 kr per hour
At 16.00 – 22.00: 12 kr per hour
At 22.00 – 10.00: 6 kr per hour

Day parking for mobile homes
DLocated at the reserve camp site, approximately 500 meters from the reception. During 10.00 – 19.00 the fee is 45 kr per hour. All other hours, parking is prohibited.

There are two laundry rooms, one in each service building with washing machines, dryers and ironing boards with irons. Washing costs 45 kr, dryer costs 45 krfor which you use your payment bracelet. Please bring your own detergent.

When you want to shower in the service facilities, the first 4 minutes per day are included for checked-in guests. After that, it costs 5 kr every fourth minute, which you pay with your payment bracelet.

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins and service buildings. If our staff discovers that there has been smoking in the cabin, a cleaning fee of 3000 kr.
