Hafsten's High Rope Course
Are you ready for a different kind of family adventure? Climb, jump, fly and make your way through one of Sweden’s largest and most exciting hogh rope courses here at Hafsten! For the little ones, we also have a Kidz course close to the ground so the whole family can enjoy the fun.
A really fun and exciting excursion for the whole family, group of friends, company or school class. For a full 2.5 hours (incl. introduction) you can climb freely in all lanes among the treetops, ride the zipline and master the obstacles.
Our High Rope Course consists of a large variety of obstacles and several different levels of difficulty including a Kidz Course and an intro course. There are challenges for the really adventurous and for those who just want to experience the forest in a new and exciting way up in the trees.
Our experienced guides will fasten the harness for you and guide you through the intro course so you can get a feel for the process. Then we’ll let you loose on the tracks. But don’t worry, our guides will of course always be there if you need help.
Kidz Course
For the youngest children in the family, we have a special course that they can safely climb with a harness and an adult on the ground as a helping hand. This course is for children between 100 cm and 119 cm in length.
Comfort Course
Our easiest course for you who want to test how it feels to climb a High Rope Course. Beginner-friendly that even experienced climbers can enjoy. You have to be at least 120 cm tall for this course.
Fun Course
The green course is perfect for you who have never climbed a High Rope Course. There are obstacles and challenges to suit everyone. You have to be at least 120 cm tall for this course.
Adventure Course
This track is a mix between an exciting adventurous experience but at a leisurely pace that doesn’t require too much effort. You have to be at least 120 cm tall for this course.
Fly Course
For those who like action and are not afraid of heights. As the name suggests, this course includes several Ziplines and many other exciting obstacles in the air. You have to be at least 120 cm tall for this course. You have to be at least 120 cm tall for this course.
Glide Course
Like the Fly Course, this intermediate course features ziplines and other obstacles that will make you feel like a flying squirrel gliding through the trees. You have to be at least 120 cm tall for this course.
Challenge Course
Now it’s starting to get real! The red course is a really challenging course that will test your willpower and endurance. You have to be at least 135 cm tall for this course.
Fear Course
Do you like to challenge yourself? Then this black course is right for you. We don’t want to give anything away in advance but the last hurdle will show what you’re made of. You have to be at least 145 cm tall for this course.
Please note that an adult must actively climb together with their children under 12 years of age to help and support them when needed on all courses except the Kidz Course.
The high ropes course is a popular activity among school children and is almost always booked as part of school travel packages. If you are also interested in booking the High Line as an add-on, please contact us at

Please be aware of the following
You should not weigh over 120kg and you should not be pregnant, have problems with breathing, heart or neck/back. If you have problems with asthma and/or diabetes, please let us know beforehand.
You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If one or more people in the party are intoxicated upon arrival, we reserve the right to stop the people from climbing. Unfortunately, we do not pay back money for in those cases.
It is important that you read, sign and return the attached Terms and Conditions document that you will receive in your inbox after booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start.
Terms and conditions
To book, you must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval to carry out the activity. It is important that you are aware of our height and safety rules. When booking, a place needs to be reserved for each person who will be climbing according to the height category they belong to. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old to climb with them.
No right of withdrawal applies when booking an activity when you book your activity close to the chosen date (e.g. 2 days before).
Rebooking/Cancellation
For groups of 10 participants or more, cancellation of the entire activity or individual places must be made no later than 7 days before the booked activity. The cancellation will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher. Time slots cancelled later than 7 days before the activity will not be rescheduled.
For bookings of 1-9 people, the entire activity or individual spots can be canceled no later than 24 hours before arrival. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card.
These cancellation rules also apply if you only want to change the number of participants.
Terms and conditions for gift cards
You can cancel a purchase of a Gift Card within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the Gift Card. However, the exercise of the right of withdrawal requires that the gift card has not been used in full or in part. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email to info@hafsten.se and receive a written confirmation.
Storage of personal data
When you make a booking or purchase at Hafsten Resort, you also agree that we, in our capacity as data controller, register and process the information you provide in connection with the booking to the extent necessary for us to be able to carry out the activity and provide you with a high standard of customer service. You can contact us at any time via info@hafsten.se if you want to know more or retrieve the data we have stored.
We only use the data within Hafsten Resort and the data is not passed on to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to disclose the data.
