Hafsten High Ropes Course
Ready for a different kind of family adventure? Climb, step, jump and fly your way through one of Sweden’s most exciting high ropes courses, right here at Hafsten. For the little ones, we also have a Kidz Course close to the ground, so the whole family can join in.
A truly fun and exciting outing for the whole family, a group of friends, your company or a school class. For a full 2.5 hours (including introduction), you can climb freely on all courses among the treetops, ride ziplines and take on the obstacles.
The high ropes course features a wide variety of obstacles and several difficulty levels, including a Kidz Course and an intro course. There are challenges for true thrill seekers, as well as for anyone who simply wants to experience the forest in a new and exciting way up in the trees.
Our experienced guides will help you into your harness and guide you through the intro course so you get a feel for how it works. After that, we will let you loose on the courses. But don’t worry, our guides will of course always be close by.
Kidz Course
For the youngest children in the family, we have a dedicated course where they can safely climb close to the ground with an adult lending a helping hand. For this course, you need to be between 100 and 119 cm tall.
Comfort Course
Our easiest course for anyone who wants to try what it feels like to climb on a high ropes course. Beginner friendly, and fun even for experienced climbers. For this course, you need to be at least 120 cm tall.
Fun Course
The green course is perfect if you have never climbed a high ropes course before. It offers obstacles and challenges that suit everyone. For this course, you need to be at least 120 cm tall.
Adventure Course
This course is a mix of an exciting adventure experience at a calmer pace that does not require too much effort. For this course, you need to be at least 120 cm tall.
Fly Course
For those who love action and heights. As the name suggests, this course includes several ziplines and many other exciting obstacles in the air. For this course, you need to be at least 120 cm tall.
Glide Course
This course is not entirely unlike the Fly Course, but in a slightly calmer way. A real glider, in other words. For this course, you need to be at least 120 cm tall.
Challenge Course
Now it’s heating up. The red course is a truly challenging course that will put your willpower and endurance to the test. For this course, you need to be at least 135 cm tall.
Fear Course
Do you like to challenge yourself? Then this black course is right for you. We don’t want to reveal anything in advance, but the final obstacle will show what you’re made of. For this course, you need to be at least 145 cm tall.
Please note that an adult must actively take part and climb to help and support children under 12 years of age on all courses except the Kidz Course.
The high ropes course is a popular activity for schoolchildren, conferences and groups, and it is almost always added when visiting us. If your school class, conference or group would also like to book the high ropes course as an add-on, you are welcome to contact us at konferens@hafsten.se.
Please note the following
You should not weigh more than 120 kg, and you should not be pregnant or have breathing, heart or neck/back problems. If you have asthma and/or diabetes, please let us know in advance.
You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If one or more people in your party are intoxicated on arrival, we reserve the right to stop them from climbing. Unfortunately, we are then unable to refund any money for missed climbing.
It is important that you read through, sign and submit the attached participant terms document that you will receive in your inbox after booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start.
Terms for booking an activity
To book, you must be 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval to take part in the activity. It is important that you understand our height and safety rules. When booking, a place must be booked for each person who will be climbing, according to the height category they belong to. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 who climbs with them.
No right of withdrawal applies when booking an activity if you book close to the selected day (for example, 2 days before).
Rebooking and cancellation
For groups of 10 participants or more, cancellation of the entire activity or individual places must be made no later than 7 days before the booked activity. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card. Places cancelled later than 7 days before the activity cannot be rebooked.
For bookings of 1 to 9 people, the entire activity or individual places can be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the booked activity. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card for the high ropes course.
These cancellation rules also apply if you only want to change the number of participants and cancel, for example, 2 places.
Terms for purchasing gift cards
You may cancel a purchase of a gift card within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the gift card. However, exercising the right of withdrawal requires that the gift card has not been used in full or in part. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email at info@hafsten.se and receive written confirmation. Gift cards purchased online are valid for 2 years.
Storage of personal data
When you make a booking or purchase at Hafsten Resort, you also agree that we, as the data controller, register and process the information you provide in connection with the booking to the extent necessary for us to carry out the activity and provide you with a high standard of customer service. You can contact us at any time via info@hafsten.se if you would like to know more or request the information we have stored.
We only use the information within Hafsten Resort, and the information is not shared with third parties unless we are legally required to disclose it.
