Here we have gathered the questions our reception team gets most often. If you have a question, feel free to check here first for a quick answer. Of course, you are always welcome to contact us if you would like help with anything you are wondering about.
There are two laundry rooms, one in each service building. They have washing machines, tumble dryers, and an ironing board with an iron. A washing machine costs 60 kr, and a tumble dryer costs 50 kr. Only Hafsten payment wristbands are accepted. The washing machines automatically dispense detergent.
If you would like to shower in the service buildings, the first 4 minutes per day are included for checked-in guests. After that, it costs 5 kr for each additional 4 minutes, paid with your payment wristband.
Smoking is prohibited in all cabins and service buildings. If the cabin inspector discovers that smoking has taken place in the cabin, a cleaning fee of 3 000 kr will be charged.
Search for digital cable (not antenna). When scanning for channels, choose Comhem first to find the channels automatically. If that does not work, you will need to set up the channel scan manually using the settings below.

As our guest, you are always welcome to bring your dog, cat, or another pet. We have several cabins for guests with pets, scenic hiking trails and walking paths, as well as a dog-friendly grassy beach. If you would like to stay in one of our pet-friendly cabins, an additional fee of 90 kr applies. Please let us know about this request when booking.
If you bring a pet into a pet-free cabin, a cleaning and sanitation fee of 3 000 kr will be charged.
All checked-in guests receive a personal barrier code in the check-in email, which you can use to open the gate. Only one car is allowed per cabin/cottage or camping pitch on the resort. If you have additional cars, they can be parked by the reception. We also have parking spaces 300 metres from the reception. When entering, drive all the way up to the barrier, enter your code and press the green check mark. When exiting, you do the same. The code works for one car only. The entrance barrier closes at 22:30 every day. The exit barrier is open 24 hours a day, but you still need the barrier code when leaving.
You are welcome to check in to your camping pitch after 14 and to your cabin after 15 on the day of arrival. If you will arrive later than 18, please let reception know. On departure, please leave the cabin by 11 at the latest and the camping pitch by 12.
All camping and cabin guests must check out at reception when departing. Cabin guests who have cleaned and are ready to leave should notify reception or housekeeping. You will find the phone number on the cleaning checklist. Then wait for the cleaning inspection at the cabin. Once the inspection is approved, you will receive a signature on the cleaning checklist. Hand this in together with the key at reception. If you notice that something listed on the equipment list is missing in the cabin when you arrive, please report it to reception.
All cabins are equipped with a TV, running water, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, hotplates, and a coffee maker. Crockery, cookware, a frying pan, cutlery, a spatula, a hand mixer, a can opener, etc. are available in all cabins. A patio with outdoor furniture is included with every cabin. All cabins have a WC and shower, with toilet paper and shower soap provided.
Pillows and duvets are provided in all cabins. The add-on Linen incl. towel, which includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and towel, can be ordered for 130 kr per set. Pre-ordered linen sets can be collected at reception on arrival. On departure, they are returned and checked off at reception.
Cleaning is included only in Hotellstugan and Skärgårdsstugan. In the other cabins, cleaning is not included. Cleaning can be pre-booked for 995 kr per cabin and 1 995 kr for Strandvillan. Cleaning must be ordered at the time of booking or no later than on arrival.
At the camping and in the cabins, it should be quiet from 23:00. If you still experience disturbances or need to reach a security guard outside reception opening hours, please call our on-call number at +46 (0) 522 64 41 17.
Entrance parking
This parking area is about 300 metres from the reception, by Solängen. 10-20 costs 10 kr per hour. At other times, parking is free. Between 15 August and 15 May, parking here is free.
Central parking
Applies to all parking areas in the resort, outside the reception and by the exit.
10-16: 25 kr per hour
16-22: 12 kr per hour
22-10: 6 kr per hour
Between 16 September and 14 April, parking here is free.
Day parking for motorhomes
You will find this parking area by Solängen, about 500 metres from the reception. 10-19 costs 45 kr per hour. At other times, parking is not permitted.

When you book, you have the option to add a breakfast basket for your stay. You can also choose delivery to your cabin/cottage or camping pitch.
The breakfast basket can be collected from reception, or delivered to your door if ordered, between 8.00 and 8.15. If you would like the breakfast basket at a different time, please let reception know. The breakfast basket includes:

Prices vary depending on accommodation type and season. You can see current prices in the online booking after you have selected your arrival and departure dates.
We offer both camping pitches with charging stations and a parking area with charging stations where you can charge your electric car. Charging your electric car at your camping pitch is included in the nightly rate. The electricity price in the parking area is between 3 kr and 4 kr per kWh.
