Restaurant Corallen
Restaurant Corallen is open year-round and is located in the main building next to the reception. It offers a calmer setting with pleasant background music. Sit back and relax in a sofa group under the awning on the outdoor terrace, or in an armchair by the fireplace.
Our á la carte menu includes dishes such as shrimp salad, salmon and seafood soup, fillet of beef, and burgers. We also serve vegetarian options, salads, sandwiches, and soups. If you just want a coffee break, we have pastries, buns, and all kinds of coffee and tea. Feel free to download the Ancon Order app from the App Store or Google Play and search for Restaurant Corallen to view the menu and place a takeaway order. You are welcome to drop in at any time, but we recommend booking in advance to make sure you get a table.
At Restaurant Corallen, we serve organic beef from Swedish farmers, raised on grass and herbs. Gröna Gårdar, our beef supplier, is KRAV-certified and focuses on meat quality, animal health, and organic farming. When you dine with us, you can feel confident that all our meat comes from Sweden, and that you will enjoy high-quality food with sustainability in mind.
