Booking rules
Please read the booking rules carefully before making a reservation. If you have any questions about the booking rules, you are always welcome to contact reception.
When is a booking binding?
Your booking becomes binding as soon as it is confirmed, verbally or in writing, regardless of whether you make a payment at that time or not. For online bookings, it becomes binding as soon as you have accepted and paid in full or in part.
Important! Please check carefully that all details and dates are correct when you receive your booking confirmation/invoice. If anything is incorrect, contact the resort immediately.
Payment
Bookings must be paid in full before arrival. 20% of the booking is paid immediately at the time of booking (for phone bookings, 20% is paid by invoice within ten days). The remaining amount must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival.
Late payment
You risk having your booking cancelled, and you may then be required to pay the applicable cancellation fees.
Changes to your booking
Changes can be made by phone or email no later than 7 days before arrival and cost SEK 300 per change. However, no money will be refunded if a change is made later than 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation
You can cancel verbally or in writing to the resort. Unannounced late arrival or early departure is considered a cancellation. If you cancel earlier than 40 days before arrival, everything is refunded except 20% of the total booking amount. If you cancel less than 40 days before arrival, no payments will be refunded, except in certain cases if you have purchased cancellation protection. See below.
Cancellation protection, valid only with a valid medical certificate
Cancellation protection can be purchased for SEK 295 per cabin or camping pitch. Cancellation protection does not apply to school trips, groups, or seasonal camping. Cancellation protection can be added within 24 hours of booking; after that, it cannot be added.
If you book multiple cabins or camping pitches, you must specify at the time of booking which cabin or camping pitch the cancellation protection applies to. One cancellation protection applies to one cabin or one camping pitch.
Cancellation protection applies if you cancel due to illness or a more serious personal injury affecting you, your family, or your closest next of kin. A copy of a medical certificate, or a certificate from an insurance company or another authority, must then be sent to the resort. After that, the amount paid for the booking will be refunded, except for an administration fee of SEK 600 and the cancellation protection fee of SEK 295. Cancellation protection is valid up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
