Policies when booking an activity

It is important that you read, sign and send in the attached participation conditions document that you will receive in your inbox. To book, you must be 18 years of age or have parental approval to participate in the activity. It is important that you understand our height and safety rules. When booking, a spot needs to be booked for each person who is to climb according to the height category they belong to. No right of withdrawal is applied when booking an activity when you book your activity close to the selected day (2 days before). Children under the age of 12 must climb together with an adult over the age of 18. The maximum allowed weight is 120 kg.

Cancellation 

For groups with 10 participants or more, cancellation of the entire activity or individual places must be made no later than 15 days before the booked activity. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card. Places that are canceled later than 15 days before the activity will not be refunded. For bookings of 1-9 people, the entire activity or individual spots can be canceled no later than 7 days before the reserved activity. The cancellation is then refunded in the form of a gift card. Spots that are canceled later than 7 days before the activity are not refunded. These cancellation rules also apply if you only have to change the number and cancel, say, 2 places.

Rebooking

For groups with 10 participants or more, rebooking to another date or time must be made no later than 7 days before booked activity. For bookings of 1-9 people, rebooking to another date or time can be made up to no later than 3 days before, e.g. due to the weather forecast or other personal reasons.

If you or someone in your group becomes ill

At this time we have free rebooking to another date if you or someone in the party shows any symptoms such as runny nose, cough or fever, and should stay at home so as not to risk spreading the infection. For groups with 10 participants or more, you get a free ticket for the person or persons who can not participate in the activity, which can be used at a later time. For bookings of 1-9 people, you can rebook the whole group to another occasion, or get a free ticket for the person(s) who can not participate in the activity that can be used at a later time. If you feel the least sick, please stay at home and call us as soon as possible and we will help you with your reservation.

Terms for purchasing a gift card

You can cancel a gift card purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the gift card. However, right of withdrawal presupposes that the gift card has not been used in full or in part. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via email to info@hafsten.se and receive a written confirmation.

Storage of personal data 

When you make a reservation or purchase at Hafsten Resort, you also agree that we are responsible for personal data, register and process the information you provide in connection with the booking to the extent necessary for us to carry out the activity and give you a high standard of customer service. You can contact us at any time via info@hafsten.se if you want to know more or retrieve the information we have stored. We only use the information within Hafsten Resort and the information is not passed on to third parties, unless we are required by law to disclose the information.

Measures to reduce the spread of infection
We follow the Swedish Public Health Agency’s recommendations and guidelines for reducing the spread of infection. We also stay updated regularly and adapt our activities according to new guidelines. At present, this means the following:

• The whole activity is performed outdoors so it is easy to keep your distance from each other.
• Up on the tracks, we urge all participants not to climb to the next platform until it is completely unoccupied.
• We have reduced the number of participants in the instructions.
• All participants are given a pair of gloves to use during the activity. But you are welcome to bring your own durable gloves.
• We disinfect helmets, gloves and other equipment after each use.
• Staff with symptoms stay at home and do not stay at the workplace

In case of shut down
In cases where we would need to close the high rope course due to illness or new guidelines, we will notify you immediately. You can then choose to rebook or in cases where it is not possible to get your money back.

Kidz Course
For the youngest children in the family, we have a special course that they can safely climb with a harness and an adult on the ground as a helping hand. This course is 1 to 1.5 meters above the ground with fun and exciting obstacles such as a climbing wall, nets and tunnels. This course is for children between 100 cm and 119 cm in length.

Comfort Course
Our easiest course for you who want to test how it feels to climb a High Rope Course.

Fun Course
The green course is perfect for you who have never climbed a High Rope Course. Here are obstacles and challenges that suit everyone.

Fly Course
This blue course is for you who like adventure and want to experience the treetops from a unique perspective. As the name suggests, this course contains several Ziplines and much more exciting.

Challenge Course
Now it’s starting to get hot! The red course is a really challenging course that will put your willpower and endurance to the test.

Fear Course
Do you like to challenge yourself? Are you a really adventurous person? Then this black path is right for you. We do not want to reveal anything in advance but the last obstacle on this course will show your true character.
